Easter

Our Easter started out Saturday night. A family in our ward, the Bairds, had an easter egg hunt and we were lucky enough to get to go. Jean made the most fun Easter buckets for the kids. Adee and Baker had so much fun. Baker found one egg, opened it up, ate the candy, and then found the rock pile. He filled his bucket up with rocks. Adee was the runner around find tons of eggs type this Easter. It was fun to watch her.

We dyed eggs and then ate them. Baker cracked the egg peeled off a piece of shell and then took a big bite, we heard him crunch crunch cruch (shell and all). No sign of disgust, no spitting it out, he just took another big bite. Adee on the other hand peels her's really well all by herself, then asks for it to be washed, then asks for "sprinkles" or salt and pepper. She ate three that night before I busted out the strawberries to prevent cholesterol overload.

Sunday morning they found their buckets full of their Easter outfits, a cape I made for each of them, and 2 eggs with candies. Baker threw everything out of his looking for the eggs with candies from the previous day while Adee immediately took off her jammies and got all dressed up.
As for great Easter picture together, it didn't happen. Bakers matching tie somehow had gotten candy on it, so I had to wash it and while washing it it broke in the washing machine. AHHHH! So we ended up being late for church, so this is the best I got. Dang.
